What methods do you use to promote my property?

We use a combination of mail, print and web advertising to ensure that we are always showcasing our most up to date catalogue of properties.

What are the fees involved with renting my property?

Whenever a tenant is found for your property you pay a flat fee of one months rent plus vat, however if your first tenant leaves within the first twelve months the fee for your second tenant is wavered and we will find you a replacement free of charge.

Will furnishing my property increase rental possibilities?

It is not possible to say whether a furnished property can increase rental possibilities, however it is always positive to be open to furnishing a property and being prepared to accommodate any potential tenant which may show interest in your property.

What  is the value of the deposit requested from new tenants?

The standard value of a deposit is one months base rent.

Who holds the tenants deposit?

The deposit is always transferred to you along with the first months rental payment.

How and when do I receive my rental income?

Owners receive their rental income at the start of each calendar month as standard.

Are tenants given my personal contact details?

We do not disclose your personal contact details to any tenants without your prior consent.

If I feel the tenant is not adhering to the contract, can I evict him?

At any point throughout a tenancy you as the landlord are entitled to give the tenant 3 months notice starting from the 1st of the following calendar month.
