• We will also then go to our Network Partners and prepare all advertising information for them such as descriptions, photos, technical data, floor plans or graphics so that our partners can also begin advertising for you as well.

Fee`s

We charge one months rental income + vat per tenant , not per year, but per tenant. So if that tenant stays with you for longer than the first year there is no need to pay us another fee. It's a one off fee per tenant, the longer the tenant stays with you the cheaper he/she becomes.
