What expenses am I responsible for as a landlord?

As a landlord you are responsible for ensuring that timely payments are made for Service Charges & Electricity, these amounts are transferred to you along with your rent each month and then you make the payments to the relevant companies. ERS also offer payment services where you can arrange to have these amounts paid on your behalf automatically each month.

What level of contact can I expect in regards to being updated about my property?

Our interactive online system allows you to check for any news in relation to your property instantly, you will also be updated regularly by your own personal Client Coordinator who will be sure to keep you posted with information.

How will you manage the post coming or in relation to my property?

All of your incoming post is scanned and uploaded to your own personal digital library which you can access from anywhere in the world. Whenever a new item of post is received you will be notified via email and within a matter of minutes you will be able to view it online.
