  • We police and maintain your insurance policy for you

  • We provide you tenant with a 24/7 365 dual language call centre facility for all management queries and contacts
  • We provide a one working hour emergency response time and 24 working hour non emergency response time
  • Your tenant can contact us by freephone number, on-line or by sms
  • We provide your on-line account for you in English 24/7 365

Personal On-line Account

The key features of our interactive online user account are as follows:

Global Snapshot – A summary page which provides all the top line information you need to check on your portfolio performance

Contracts - An online archive of all contracts you have signed with European Reality Services as well as all residential lease contracts and the handover protocols which we sign with your tenant when he/she takes possession of your apartment.

Bills - An electronic archive of all bills received in relation to your property.

Rent Payments - This section details every payment we have received from your tenant and on what date, it also details our management fee’s and informs you how much money was forwarded to your Czech bank account.

Postal Information – This section records all post which is received at ERS for our clients as well as scanning copies and holding these files on line for your reference. It also holds invaluable notes in English so that you are able to understand what has been received and what has been processed for you.

Make a Request On Line - This new section is part of our Task manager which is an internally developed system which allocates, tracks and monitors all requests undertaken by our company. If you have a question or query you can task your personal client coordinator directly. This feature enables us to manage the volume issues more accurately and to track and ensure you are being serviced according to ERS high standards. If any issues are hi-lighted we are able to spot them and deal with those issues immediately.


The service is charged at only 9% of your monthly rental income + vat, if your property is vacant there is no charge and you still receive our services.
