European Reality Services s.r.o., a property management, leasing and property sale company located in Prague, is seeking employees for full time employment.

Position: Property Coordinator

We are currently looking to replace staff and would be interested and would be interested in meeting with you to discuss the positions which we have available in our property management team. You need to be a self starter interested in working with a variety of people and issues. The positions are customer focused and you need to enjoy dealing with and solving property related issues and reporting on the results. If you enjoy a fast paced way of working, have a keen eye for detail and are results driven we may have the perfect position for you.

We have full time positions available. Contracts will be concluded for a one year period with scope for extension.

Our requirements:

• at least 3 years work experience in an office environment
• excellent knowledge of written and spoken English, daily use of English in the office necessitates a high standard of English in the written and spoken form
• very good knowledge of MS Office
• highly organized and deadline oriented personality
• self-reliance, active approach to problem solving, reliability, accuracy and enjoyment of administrative functions

Full time property coordinator positions available from 1 October 2013. Office hours are 9:00 to 17:30 with a salary of 23,000czk per month, with a bonus of up to 2,000czk available per month.
